Terms & Conditions – kv8 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the kv8 website accessible at https://kv8.bar, including all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and services made available therein.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who registers an account on the kv8 platform and uses its services.
• "Company", "kv8", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the kv8 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the kv8 platform through which a player accesses games, deposits funds, and places bets.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, cashback amounts, or reward points credited to a player's account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the kv8 platform is prohibited by applicable law or by kv8's own operational policies.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all kv8 transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required to unlock full account functionality and process withdrawal requests.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the kv8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced. kv8 will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of players and will suspend or permanently close any account where the player is found to be under 21.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being). Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of kv8 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or excluded from the kv8 platform or any related platform operated by the same group.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Submitting false identity information is a serious violation of these terms.

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of services on the kv8 platform, you must complete the registration process by providing all required information accurately. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is current, accurate, and up to date at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly permitted to hold only one active account on the kv8 platform. Opening, attempting to open, or operating more than one account — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through household members sharing the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts and their balances may be closed and forfeited without prior notice.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. kv8 will never request your password through any communication channel. You agree to notify kv8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

kv8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawal requests are processed: a government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket mobile wallet registered in your name).

kv8 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will extend the review period. Withdrawal requests remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kv8 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) mobile banking, and select bank transfers via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other partner institutions. Supported methods may be updated from time to time and the current available options will always be displayed within the platform's cashier section.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no set maximum deposit limit under standard account settings; however, enhanced due diligence thresholds may apply to high-volume deposit activity in accordance with kv8's anti-money-laundering policy. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your kv8 account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the mobile financial service provider. kv8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial services provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kv8 bears no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of submission during standard operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of banking hours or during high-volume periods may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the kv8 account holder.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

kv8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances: where KYC verification has not been completed, where the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or policy breach, where bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or where the withdrawal request triggers enhanced due diligence review thresholds.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal campaign rewards offered by kv8 are subject to their own specific promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum of 20 times on eligible games before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount itself (not the sum of the deposit and the bonus). Certain game types — including but not limited to live casino games, sports accumulators with short odds, and progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rates are set out in the specific promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kv8 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same welcome bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, using automated software to place bonus-clearing bets, and collusion between accounts to manufacture qualifying bet activity. kv8 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire after 30 days from the date the bonus is credited, unless a different expiry period is specified in the individual promotion terms. Upon expiry, any unused bonus balance and any winnings derived from that bonus that have not met the wagering requirement will be removed from the account.

5.5 kv8's Right to Amend or Cancel Promotions

kv8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where operational, technical, or regulatory circumstances require. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material changes to that promotion's terms.

kv8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your kv8 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Configure automatic session reminders and session cut-offs after a defined period of continuous play.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified time period.
• Reality checks: Receive on-screen notifications at configurable intervals displaying your net gaming result for the current session.
• Time-out: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account with immediate effect. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may not be reversed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kv8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in the matter being referred to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any point during account use.
• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or on the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on the kv8 platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the kv8 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions processed through your kv8 account with your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kv8 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the kv8 platform — including but not limited to the kv8 brand name and logo, website design, page layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kv8 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No player acquires any ownership rights in any platform content by virtue of using the service.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, sell, or otherwise distribute any content from the kv8 platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorised use of kv8 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kv8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

kv8 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party service outages, and events beyond kv8's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services.

In all circumstances where kv8's liability is established, kv8's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total real-money deposits you have made to your kv8 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits kv8's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10.1 Amendments

kv8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the kv8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the kv8 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms of any applicable promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and kv8 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
